Tanuki (native animals in Asia who look similar to raccoons, live in a forest located near a government construction project. They band together and seek help from other Tanuki tribes to prevent the destruction of their home. With their ability to change shape, they hope to alert the attention of the city folk to the potential lost of a natural wonder for yet another Tokyo suburb before it's too late.
