Ashitaka is an Emishi boy who's on a journey in search for a cure for his cursed arm. However, he soon finds himself in the middle of a war between nature and humans. On the side of nature is San (Princess Mononoke), a human girl raised by the wold god Moro, as well as other forest gods. The side of humans consist of the mining colony, Tatara, led by Lady Eboshi. Ashitaka struggles to find a solution for both sides to co-exist, but it becomes harder to accomplish as battles becomes more and more bloody with each passing day.
